I experience soft stools or diarrhea when taking magnesium. Should I stop?
Metagenics use magnesium bisglycinate. This form is bound to the amino acid glycine, which improves bioavailability and is significantly gentler on the stomach, making it less likely to cause gastrointestinal upset.
If you still experience loose stools: * Reduce your dose by half (e.g., take one serve per day instead of two). * Gradually increase the dose over 1 to 2 weeks to find your optimal tolerance level.
